Our Facilities Management service covers planned and reactive maintenance for the continual and efficient running of premises and estates. We provide a dedicated help desk as the single point of contact for maintenance services ranging from minor works to building security with guaranteed response times, all year round. Our Promise on Health and Safety
Our promise to our customers is that we will never compromise on Health and Safety. We operate to Construction, Design and Management regulations with every live project having a qualified site manager. Testament to this, we were the first electrical contractor to achieve accreditation through the Worksafe Scheme under the Government’s Buildsafe (NI) Initiative.
